So, we lost to Gawgia by 21. Some may not have noticed how they dispatched fellow SEC schools and others after our game this season .

Beat Samford 42-14
MS State 31-3
Tennesssee 41-0
Vanderbilt 45-14
Missouri 53-28

No consolation for some, but it still puts some things in perspective. If my math is correct, we fared better than any other opponent on their schedule this year.

When did they pull their starters on us?

Their quarterback came out before the half.

Don't you think he did vs some of these other opponents? Just asking, because I don't know.

He got hurt. The guy they're using now came in, and he hasn't looked back.

That's right, I forgot. We prepared all Spring and Summer for one guy then he goes out and a different skill QB came in. Wasn't it close before he went out?

They weren't doing much on our defense other than moving the ball a little.

We were definitely holding our own before the initial starting QB went out. I'm sure they've pulled starters in some of these games. I still don't think our showing was that bad, especially watching them play in the last few weeks.

Your point is spot on, but I think Notre Dame gave them a better game than we did.

The Wake loss is looking worse every week.

Not really. This is exactly the way the Wake season was expected to go.

I thought we played fairly well early at Georgia, but with the offense stagnant against their D, we couldn't stop them late. They could have scored 50 on us if they wanted to but they called off the dogs pretty early

We played extremely well against them in the first quarter while Eason was in at QB. When he was injured, the tide immediately changed. Fromm has a much quicker release and he started eating away at our D and moving the ball. I have to check the box scored, but I'm almost certain that we had more yardage and more first downs in the first quarter than UGA did.

I hate to see players getting hurt, but Eason's injury was probably the luckiest break that Georgia could have had this season. I honestly don't think they would be sitting at #3 right now if Fromm hadn't taken over at QB.
