Did anyone notice the UMASS player spike the ball after a touchdown in the corner of the end zone? I thought that was a penalty.

Interesting that we have been penalized more at home than on the road. And our average penalty is 9.51 yards.

Going for 0 penalties in Idaho will toss that stat off kilter a bit. I think we can all agree that any team, no matter how disciplined, having a 0 penalty game is very rare. . . .

That would make the away average a bit over 9 v. 8.7 at home.

Statically speaking, if you are going to remove the 0 from the Idaho game, then you would need to remove the game with the highest number of turnovers as well.

You are correct sir (or madam)...and then "the numbers will tell the story." I use that phrase often.
