OK so I have never had trouble accessing Watch ESPN (ESPN3) on my Roku. Until last week. Same thing this week. I get a message that says "Unable to play Video" 0066: No account returned from UDPA


And all there is after that is a button to click OK. No explaination, no chance to get in there and fix it. Has anyone run into this, and what is the fix? I don't even know where to start!

I have not changed anything from when it was working perfectly. Who do I even go to to fix this? Internet provider? Direct TV?

I had this happen a few weeks ago on my Roku. You need to "Deactivate Live TV" on the ESPN app. Then, "Activate Live TV" in about 30 seconds or so. I had the same error message and this works for me. I think doing this resets the account or something.

I had the same issue. Log out and then log back in.

If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the Watch ESPN app.

I got sick and tired of continuous problems every week and have high speed internet....I called my provider Spectrum and they sent tech out to dial in signal......Problem fixed!!!

No glitches whatsoever now.

I can’t even find a way to do that. I tried removing the app and re-installing it but it just does the same thing.

I don't know about Roku I have AppleTV watching WCU and ElCid now. Go to settings and log out. Log back on. Check internet connection. Sometimes you will be asked to reconfirmed your tv provider

With the Roku, I believe you need to delete the channel then reboot the Roku in order to log out.

On my Roku you go to the bottom past all the games and there is a logout or settings icon

Go the ESPN :WatchESPN activation site and reactivate

I never had a problem either until AT&T bought Directv. It's been a nightmare. Sometimes it works on this or that and nobody has the answer that I have spoken to. It's ridiculous. Logging out, resetting passwords, uninstalling and reinstalling. Thanks AT&T

I thought mine was working, but there was clearly a glitch as Appalachian State lost to ULM.

ESPN3 on TWC/Spectrum is a piece of shit - every Saturday it freezes, stops, gives me error messages I have never seen before - I am not doing this any more - just too damn frustrating - I miss entire segments of games - I hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
