Taylor Lamb
Can’t help but bringing this up. After all of the Lamb bashing, especially this year I am personally amazed at what that young man has done. Has thrown 21 TD’s with only 4 PIC’s this season and for his career- 84 and 30! Wow that is incredible. If he averages about 281 per game in offense for the last 3 games he’s over 12,000 for a career. Another wow. Needs 148 rushing to hit 2,000 for his career. The kid is a winner.

Re: Taylor Lamb
I have always been a fan of Taylor, but I was surprised to see him at the helm of our last possession last night. We don't seem to be making an effort to get next year's signal caller any playing time. Maybe next year's signal caller is not on this year's roster.

Re: Taylor Lamb
Agree. No real upside for him to spend the last 3 minutes simply handing the ball off. Game was decided way before thatCVAPP wrote: ↑Fri Nov 10, 2017 11:59 amI have always been a fan of Taylor, but I was surprised to see him at the helm of our last possession last night. Taylor is a winner. He'll make a great coach someday following the family tradition.

Re: Taylor Lamb
I will go so far as to say that Taylor Lamb is the second best QB we've ever had at App. He's given us four years of great stats and more importantly WINS. He led us through the difficult transitional period and helped produce a conference championship (hopefully two) and our first two bowl wins. He certainly is not as flashy and exciting as Armanti, but he has quietly produced at almost-Armanti level. He has even proven to me way more durable than AE, who missed several games to injury and played some games at less than 100%.

Re: Taylor Lamb
Oh how things might have been different if Taylor had chosen USA over APP. We have his Dad to thank for that. From what I understand, it's not because his Bobby was pressuring him, it's because he got an early exposure to game day at the Rock, and loved it.

Re: Taylor Lamb
Lamb is a more talented Satterfield, average arm, above average speed, but all the intangibles.
I look forward to seeing him on the sidelines at App in the near future. Give him 4-5 years as QB or WR coach at a App and he’ll be an OC somewhere.

Re: Taylor Lamb
I agree. He seems to be a good leader and a smart young man. He always takes time to talk and do the photos with the kids and fans after games too and is very approachable. I think he will be a great coach too....I do wonder if he would go for 2 after the TD like his Dad did in 2002?SpeedkingATL wrote: ↑Fri Nov 10, 2017 2:46 pmTaylor is a winner.
