Yeah, it was so obvious that it wasn't even funny. There should be a penalty for that type of play. I have switched channels all night looking for a decent game, and this is by far the best on tonight, go FunBelt.

Troy has been the best of the conference all year, so only fitting they share the title with us. They better enjoy this one because in the coming years they will be in our division so they won't get many more chances to even play for the title. If the rest of the SunBelt hasn't learned yet, they soon will. The title goes through Boone.

Damn so close to the New Orleans Bowl. Arkansas St scored too quick.

Oh well, Dollar General Bowl I guess will be cool for a change. Only bummer is we'll be playing another team from the MAC, very likely Toledo for the second year in a row. I was wanting NO just so we could play a more regional team from the C-USA

Mobile will be cool because it is closer to when people start paying attention to bowl games. Our tie ins are too early in general.

This conference post season situation sucks for us. We’re in position to play a MAC team in Alabama no matter how our season goes. Year in, year out. The only way we’ll play in Florida or Arizona is to have a disappointing season. New Orleans appears to be impossible for App State.

From what I heard, we were gonna be headed to NO had Arkansas St not blown that game tonight. Oh well.

Mobile passed on them last year, as they were the second best MAC team (WMU went to NY6). Usually bowls don't pass on teams like that back to back years.

As bad as that would be, Montgomery would be doomsday scenario. Our fans would likely travel in smaller numbers and the players would likely feel no matter what we will go to Montgomery.
