When Sirignano arrived at App State in 2015, he inherited a bit of a mess. “The weight room alone, as far as maintenance and cleanliness, was out of control,” recalls Sirignano, who previously coached at South Carolina. “That had to be fixed right away.”

Great article! It's excited to see App getting recognition and leading the charge in terms of developing the body a player.

We had taken a big step backwards in the years prior to Mike taking over , and it showed mightily on the field. It was hard to watch the regression .Fortunately the ship has been righted because S&C is about as important as any part of the program .I give him a lot of credit.

Anyone know how I can get a copy of the team's summer workout? I'd like to share with local high school kids.

After Dillman it went to shit. Heard rumors he was forced out by Moore for something that happened to one of the players during either Spring or Summer workouts.

The program was okay under Mike Kent after that, but after he left for Colorado State, it bottomed out. Iron Mike had said when he first arrived, players were puking during his warmups.
