So, now ESPN3 will make us subscribe and pay and then they make us do our own production?

Yep, though more money is going to the schools the question is does it cover the extra expenses. I assume so.

I would say that it probably does not cover the expenses. Based on what David Jackson said during the recent BG podcast, he did a very fine job explaining the new SunBelt deal and how it affected us... us being App St. Where ESPN puts the burden on the schools to do the broadcast and pay everybody. It really was a very enlightening episode.... it was also good to hear DJ again.

I forgot about that podcast. I think you are correct in that we may go in the hole but I guess we are in more or less the same boat at C-USA and MAC.

I don’t know for sure but I would say virtually all G5 conferences are in same boat.

Most likely correct. I am not sure if MWC and AAC had new TV deals this year. I know CUSA did and the SBC redid their contracts. I was thinking the MAC has has a new media deal starting.
