This may be criticized and not agreed with at all. But I believe the 2017 gold out uniform was the best uniform look I’ve seen in years. Mostly because it’s helment design had so much attention to detail. And the uniform was nice and sleek. But I want your opinion what’s your favorite app state uniform we have ever wore?

Just my opinion, but I really dislike the all yellow uniforms. If you completely invert the color scheme, you'd have something.

Personally, I still prefer the Darth Vader all Black look.

The "gold" is nice but I prefer the all black: black jerseys, pants, socks, shoes, gloves, helmet and facemask with the white block "A" logo. To me all black means "intimidation." I've always felt that the black shoes hid deceptive speed; makes us look slower than we actually are.

For home I like the all black best. (I do really like the black helmets, black jersey, gold pants combo...When I moved to Boone in '85-86, this is what they were wearing. I'd even be ok with us wearing this most of the time, and saving the all black for big games, like Clemson does with the all orange). NO to black jerseys and white pants.

Road - black helmet, black jersey, white pants. Also don't mind white jersey, white pants.

I strongly dislike the gold jerseys as well as the grey ones. The ONLY time I can tolerate gold jerseys is on the road. But, I know they're here to stay, and that we'll wear different uniform combos 10 times per year because that's what Nike wants and we're taking that $$

I can see where you all are coming from and yes I love black on black but what I was trying to point out but didn’t really capitalize on it was the over all design I like yellow it’s my favorite color and that’s maybe why I like t but just look at the detail put into it I want to see maybe less all gold less all white and more mixtures and detail put into a black yellow and white design

I kinda like the women's volleyball uniforms. Doesn't make much difference which color..... jus sayn.

All black is my favorite and most likely always will be. But I do like the gold tops on black pants. I'm even okay with keeping the gold helmet in the rotation as long as I never have to see those awful white ones again.

Add some big floppy shoes to the outfit and that would complete the clown look.

I’ve been on board since 2007 and the current home unis (all black with two yellow stripes on the sleeves) are my favorite to date. If it included a white block A on our matt black helmets I couldn’t imagine a way to improve it.

I actually really like the all gold (varsity yellow) look as well. Also really like the gold helmet, black jersey, gold pants combo used last season.

I also think that one of our most underrated uni's from the past was the throwback worn against Jacksonville many years ago.

App vs. Jacksonville Jersey

I prefer the all black, but I did like the late FCS Nike Pro Combat alternate golds with black pants. I have one that I wear from time to time.

I'm cool with current options, but have more of a combo opinion.

Home: All Black with a white block A on the black helmet.

Away: White jersey, black pants, white block A on black helmet.

Alternate: The 2013 grey top, black pants combo. All black helmet with a "Today I give my all for Appalachian" sign in yellow outline and lettering.

Unlike my initial thoughts of the move to FBS and the Coach Moore fiasco...I will never give up on wanting the white block A

All gold or all black at home and all white on the road is my pick. And that is head to toe!

The new uniforms are not for the fans. They are for the players and potential players. If they like them and that makes them want to play for App then I'm all in. Wins mean more than uniforms

That said, the all yellows are a bit bright but I don't dislike them.

I would love to see a game where we wear 2007 all black throwbacks.

And I'd love to see us incorporate a moonshine jug somewhere into our unis...maybe on one side of the helmet with the new Yosef on the other.

I'm partial to the all black uniforms with no design on the shoulder-pads. I'm just not a fan of the yellow shoulder-pad stripes. I couldn't find a picture of course but it's easy enough to imagine. Also side note, we need to bring back the flying Yosef for one game.
