I call BS. As bad as App's defense was, they actually picked a LB from a much worse defense over Kimbrough.

Oh, congrats Sam Martin, its been a pleasure.

Kind of hard to believe a LB at Georgetown made 1st team.

Yeah, If the Ivies are too good to play as FCS playoff teams, theyre too good for the honors as well. An Ivy conference schedule filled out with some non scholarship Patriot league teams is not worthy of recognition imo.

Kimbrough and McCray made the 2nd team per GoASU.com.

New Hampshire Kid got 1st team, and New Hampshire is ranked 103 in the nation in total D. Kimbrough was 5th in the nation at 143 total tackles, Matt Evans at NH had 126 and was ranked #20.

Georgetown is not in the Ivy league.

Youre right. I know they werent an "Ivy League" school, but I always thought they played in the Ivy League conference because theyre schedule always seems loaded up with Ivies.

Yeah, I know what you mean. All those weak mid atlantic and northeast schools feast a schedule of ivy and patriots. I looked at the list and Harvard had a TE named to the first team so it ratifies your argument anyways. I also tend to agree, can't really judge a great player unless they play some decent competition. Not sure Georgetown played any decent competition, nor Harvard for that matter.

We are really going to miss those 2. Usually we've been able to reload AA, especially at LB, going way back over the seasons, but I just don't see any ammo returning from this year's roster.
