It is with much sadness that I post this about one of our former players. The Gabriel Family is very special to me and I know many on this board know the Gabriel family. SG's son Chris posted this yesterday on Facebook:

Please continue to pray for peace and comfort for Dad. In the quiet of hospice house I am flooded with such wonderful memories of Dad! I am so blessed.

Sadly, just found out Mr. Gabriel has passed. A great name in our community, he was always a trusted advisor to me, after graduation, when I got into the Human Resources field. Prayers for Mrs. G and Chris. App Nation has lost a 1st class Hall of Famer, and the world, one helluva man...
