Fairly standard introductory presser but I liked what I heard from SS. His passion for ASU is pretty apparent. I love the fact that the off-field/academic side was one of the first items that he touched on. He is setting the bar very high on the field and off.
Some of his comments did seem to indicate that an FBS move could be on the horizon but I don't want to read too much into it.

I liked his comment about addressing the defense and being aggressive in all aspects of the game, including defense and special teams. I really got good vibes from what he said and am hoping to see an end to the discipline nonsense that has been around for awhile and a return to the mentally tough teams we saw during our 3 magic years.
