I suggest that the so called third party vendor is causing problems. I am not sure how these booklets create a "keepsake" for the fans, you tear the tickets out of them and the parking passes and then you use them.
I did not have a keepsake from last season, I feel that it is creating a slow down in the process. I have not still received mine and I am in receipt of the email saying that they were mailed out. It appears that they were mailed on Friday via UPS. This is not a new issue we faced the same issue last season, I say do away with the vendor and use the staff at the school.
The other schools have had there tickets for two to three weeks, not that this changes when the season starts, we pay for these and we would like to have them to show off like the other schools/
Just my random thoughts.
