Glad I have my tickets in hand. But along with others it’s a tad disappointing not getting an ad gift, or even the Yosef club card and 2018 sticker. Oh well.

The AD gift is being shipped separately this year. Expect that in the weeks ahead.

I can clarify the mailing schedule a bit for you. Penn State tickets come in one mailing. They were mailed as soon as possible after they were received from Penn State. Charlotte tickets come in a separate mailing as they were received after the Penn State tickets. Season ticket package are processed by an outside vendor and were mailed directly from the vendor. Due to some changes in Yosef staffing and the timng thereof, the AD gift and other doodads were not available for the third party vendor to ship with season tickets. That means the AD gift and the doodads will come in a separate mailing. So, if you give more than $500 to Yosef and have season tickets, Penn State tickets, and UNCC tickets, you will get four separate mailings.

The second mailing that has the Ad gift, the license plate, etc.....has anyone gotten theirs? Any idea when these are supposed to arrive?

The AD gift is given to everyone who gives $500 or more.

The packets with all the goodies should come out next week, so be on the lookout for those.

Normally, all the tickets and goodies would have come together. This year was unusual because the person in the position responsible for all that left for greener pastures when all the organizational stuff would normally start. Of course, it takes a little time to find the right person for a position. That left a Yosef staff that runs pretty lean anyway a little too thin until Mark Libs was hired. Mark hit the ground sprinting and has already made a positive impact on the Yosef experience. I can already see improvements in communications and responsiveness and look forward to smoother times ahead.

Should you not receive your membership packet by game day, please print the membership card below to gain access to the Quinn Center. The initial delays weren't Florence related, though the deliveries this week might be. Things are changing for the better on the mountain with a serious effort at better communication and responsiveness from Yosef. I see this delay as a bump in the road as some changes are made to improve all the processes that have to mesh to make Yosef happen smoothly.
