Like several of you, I did not receive the email regarding the mailing of season ticket packets. A little digging revealed that, for reasons unknown to modern man, the email in my Neulion profile was dropped / deleted / disconnected. That means that there was no e-mail associated with my account in Neulion.

Thankfully, the fix is an easy one. If you did not receive the season ticket email yesterday, please log into your account in Neulion My Account Login click on the My Profile button then click on the Email button to update your email.

As I've noted before, Neulion isn't the best. Yosef knows that and has to work with the budget available. Any help we can give them in keeping our own accounts straight is a good step.

Email is current in Neulion.
It's not in my spam/junk email folders.
What's my next option?

I just got an email back from Mark Libs in Yosef Club. He told me to tell others to reach out to him directly if 1) they aren't getting emails or 2) their emails keep getting overwritten in the Yosef Club (neulion) software. Apparently the university database may not have the correct information either.

So, if you are experiencing issues contact Mr Libs at libsmd@appstate.edu. It was a very quick response and resolution!

As AppStateNews says, Mark Libs is great to work with. He's relatively new with Yosef and has solid experience in annual giving and donor relations. Mark's e-mail is libsmd@appstate.edu.

I got an email from UPS this morning. My ticket package will arrive tomorrow.

I did not get the email AND i use a post office box so UPS cant deliver it.

Still no email but I DID just receive my season tickets, but no away game tickets. Was this part of what addressed in the email - that away game tickets would be mailed separately?

Why are we having this cluster-----? What's so hard about getting tickets to buyers? Never had this prob in past that I know of.

They couldn't assign YC parking spaces in the Stadium lot because they needed feedback from the contractor working there, so that caused a delay in parking assignments. As usual, the parking is part of the ticket package. As for away game tickets, and this is a wild guess here...but I'm assuming our ticket office can't send those tickets purchased through them until they actually get the tickets from the away schools.
I got my ticket package today and it's a beautiful thing...

Perfect explanation for those who park in the stadium lot, and if indeed Yosef office did not have away game tickets to send, it makes sense they would not mail them. I seriously doubt they would delay the entire mailing due to a question about one parking lot, but these issues may have been in the email we didn't receive.
I don't recall ever getting my packet, in early August BTW, and not getting away game tickets at the same time, but my memory fails me sometimes. UNCC probably is the culprit, dreading the onslaught of black and gold in their mine.

Got our season ticket booklet in the mail today. Very Nice presentation. Also got our Penn State tickets this week. Just waiting for UNCC & Coastal Carolina tickets now. Just 7 days until kickoff!!
