11-1

Unread post by CharlotteApp05 » Sat Sep 01, 2018 8:08 pm

? Not sure if we’ll go 11-1, 10-2,9-3...... But what I do know is I will be at the UNCC game next week and I hope we win by 100. I’ll be at the Southern Miss game yelling like crazy pulling for the Apps. And I’ll be doing the same throughout the season.

David Tepper recently reminded us that football is a game of inches and said he would do whatever it takes to do whatever it took to gain those inches including practice facilities etc. We have been so close with PSU, WF, UT and I can’t help but think, I can do more, I can move us an inch. I’m going to be increasing my donation. We are literally inches from our goals, we can get there.

I hope you were able to see the QB interview from PSU after the game. Maybe the best description I can say of our team.....They play with energy, physicality, passion, they are for real.....After a tough loss, it was a sober reminder that we really are legit. We didn’t win, but we can. We are close!

If we can take Penn State to the woodshed like that, there's no reason we cant' run the table the rest of the season barring any major injuries, suspensions or unforeseen circumstances.

Agree. No reason not to run table. Penn State needs to go undefeated

Got to be up for Charlotte. No letdown. Need a crushing. One at a time. I'll be there.

Seriously doubt Penn State goes undefeated. Losing in OT to them doesn't guarantee anything going forward. I do, however, feel good about Zach Thomas moving forward. He showed a lot of poise and some precision passing. And while the OL played better in the 4th, it wasn't a stellar performance for most of the game.

It was an incredible 4th quarter performance and McSorley's comments in the post game certainly describe this team. Great things are possible but one game does not necessarily forecast the rest of the season.

Totally agree...it's just one game! I remember a lot of us felt the same way after the Michigan game. Lost to Wofford!!! Future is bright and this team has talent, heart and great coaching! Looking forward to another fun year!!!

Hope to stay healthy and avoid any letdowns.

I’ll get to make UNCC but miss 2 after that.

It is very important to come out and put UNCC away early.

Got to not overlook UNCC or anybody. Take it one week at a time. Remember, we lost to Wofford a couple weeks after beating Michigan in 2007. Leaving State College now, proud of our team and fans
