Dont forget Pac-12. Oregon just beat Washington. That means UCF moves up closer. What if they made playoff and we made NY6? All sorts of fun stuff. Of course we have to make rankings first....only way I see another G5 getting in this year is for UCF to make playoff. 1 or 2 loss they are still top G5 looks like.

Memphis shot themselves in the foot. Made it into FG range with around :30 seconds remaining. The LT proceeds to jump offsides which took the Tigers out of range and a 10 second run-off.

Stranger things have happened but I don’t think App got enough help to get in this week. Really needed the teams ranked #15 and lower to lose this week.

Still have #15 Badgers v #12 Wolverines and #19 Colorado v USC still to play. Maybe if Michigan stomps Wisconsin and the Trojans take out the Buffaloes, App may sneak in.

Oh and CCU down 11 at the half to ULM. Chanticleers could end the SBC East’s undefeated season.

Probably about to jinx them but the unranked Wahoos are up 10 over #16 the U early in the 2nd quarter.

Miami may drop out since UVA was unranked and not receiving any votes. Also #19 Colorado lost to unranked USC, so potentially 4 will drop out if the voters punish Wisconsin for getting throttled by Michigan.

Look for only Auburn to fall out. We probably move up to 28 in coaches, 29 or 30 in AP.

Week 8 polls are out now = App State is #31 in Coaches Poll with 55 votes. Up to #29 in the AP with 51 votes. I think we will get there soon if the boys continue to focus & take care of business.
