ULL's Corners were very physical and were hard checking us at the line, knocking us off our timing routes. Their Defense was well prepared for this game. Safety's were crashing down almost every 1st & 2nd down. We needed a good slobber knocker kind of game. Now we are ready for GATA boys!!! Nice win & still unbeaten in the SB. Did not have to show our whole playbook because we may see these guys again.

The interception on the pass to Heath was a matchup problem. The ball was there but got taken away by the defender. Sutton or Virgil would have been odds on favorites to win that battle. We also got a break on the quick whistle on the return. He was not down. Of course there were other missed calls.

Do GS corners press or play 5 yards off? If so quick slants may be effective.

FYI - Georgia Southern is running a ticket promotion to celebrate being bowl eligible. Upper Deck Sections II through PP are $20 seat until Monday midnight. The App Section that is sold out is HH. I just purchased 5 right across the aisle (Section II) for $103. A good option if anyone wants to go down but not interested in mixing with the Eagles fans. ;)

I know Satt will preach to not look at the ranking and focus on the game. But kids will be kids. Let’s hope they can use this as validation of what they can do and beat the crap out the the stink to show the ranking is worth it!

No, I think you guys are forgetting who your playing. Georgia Southern not State. Don't get ahead of yourselves with premature adulation. We may have something special for y'all in Paulson. Yes you know our stadium well.
