*TUESDAY PM UPDATE*

I'd just wrap your brain around rain for the game. It may not be a part of the early first quarter, but by quarters 3 & 4, it looks soggy with occasional rain. The upside? Thursday's PM rain won't be as heavy as Friday's.

Here's hoping we hang onto that darn pig skin and keep turnovers to a minimum.

It's going to be a close shave for the rain chances Thursday night down at the Stink. Coastal Low will be spinning up and tracking across the South and Southeast off the GA / NC coast late Thursday night and Friday. If there is a delay in the storm track, we might luck out with the rain holding out until the game is over. As it stands, on this Monday night, it's a 50/50 shot rain will fall during the game. Temps will be in the mid 50s for the game.

I'll update later Tuesday.

No mud in Paulson anymore, they stepped up to the new millenium a few years back.

They had to put in artificial turf to keep their coeds from grazing on the field.

I bet GS is praying for rain

Their prayers maybe answered looking at the current hour by hour forecast this morning. Of course, I defer to WXAPP as the authority. It would be prudent to practice with wet footballs today and tomorrow. No turnovers Thursday night = a win and bowl eligibility.

Hope for them fumbling a lot if rain. We have to be secure with the ball.

Weather likely a factor for the game Thursday. Not loving the trends.

Both teams will have to deal with the rain situation so it may be important to get a fast start on offense. The threat of rain should also help us since it'll reduce the number of the Ga So "fair-weather" fans in attendance...takes away some of the home field advantage from them.
