That's right. The remote possibility of a NY6 bowl game is gone as is any more talk of rankings. We're at the point of the season where a win is a win is a win. Style points don't matter. Take care of business and find a way to get any kind of a win. Be in position to win the division if the stink stumbles again. That's what the season is all about now.

Stink will lose at least one more game, if not two.

Pretty sure the gnats got skull drug tonight...which is a best case scenario for the apps

They really are not as good as their record suggest. They have benefitted greatly from that +20 turnover margin.

I didn’t think GS was that good when we played them. We were just historically bad that game.

Would like to think so but after Troy they have Coastal and GaSt, maybe GaSt can extend the streak to 4

At this time we are still in 3rd place in the division, not tied with Southern. We really need Troy to win next week and we need win the remainder of our games.

Also, App’s D is something else. Pitched a shut out and held a pretty good running team to way under their average.

I don’t think anyone has run for more than their average all year.

UNC beat Pitt and Pitt has the best shot at the ACC Title Game. Losses happen. Now we are back in the hunt for the conference championship game. Those prospects looked bleak when our sky fell at the Stink- in the eyes of many. We were not going to the NY6 game and we are back in a good place. Keep winning boys!

This defense is incredible. If/when Zac returns, I think we see a very different level of domination by this team and we will finish strong and may even finish the year ranked again. The fact that Hennigan and Sutton (perhaps the 2 best WR in the Sunbelt) have been sparsely used over this stretch, suggests Satterfield indeed has limited the playbook for Jake and Derrick. I'm no college coach, but....

That is exactly what I was telling someone yesterday. Historically bad indeed.
