SBC Championship Questions
Before anyone makes the comment, I understand we still have to win out to host the Sun Belt Champ game. Let's make that clear.
That said, does anyone have info on how tickets and parking will work? I'm assuming tickets will be given similar to bowl games with bigger donors getting first crack at better seats. Will people have their same assigned tailgate spots as they have during the regular season or will the stadium lot become free for all?

Parking and season tickets will be honored, those are the perks of having them.

Re: SBC Championship Questions
There will only be a 1 week turnaround IF we beat Ga. St. AND Troy to get ticket orders sooooo,
Does App put up a "sign-up" link, similar to bowl tickets and risk the "jinxing" the team? One week is a really short turnaround to shape a larger crowd---see 1-AA playoff games.

Re: SBC Championship Questions
So essentially a free game as part of the package deal.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

Re: SBC Championship Questions
I would suspect that IF we host it, season ticket holders tickets will automatically be given and charged for their same seats. As part of committing to purchase season tickets, this will be considered a part of that commitment and you will be buying tickets whether you want to or not. I'm okay with it and will be there if at all possible.

Re: SBC Championship Questions
No way that happens. First of all they can’t just take people’s money without us agreeing to it (even if you personally would be OK with it). Secondly that would create tons of empty seats from all the people who couldn’t or wouldn’t go.BUTCH1991 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 9:15 amI would suspect that IF we host it, season ticket holders tickets will automatically be given and charged for their same seats. I don’t know the timing, but I’m sure they’ll just put tickets up for sale as they used to with playoff games.

Students better be free even if school has to “buy” the tickets for them.EastHallApp wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 9:20 amWhat I’m not sure about is whether students will get free admission.

I’d think that by the time the 2 minute warning is given. If we’re up by an insurmountable amount, they’ll have a ticket purchase button set up and ready to go by 00:00YesAppCan wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 8:34 amThere will only be a 1 week turnaround IF we beat Ga. Students MUST be issued tickets at no charge. Charge me whatever, I don’t care.

Re: SBC Championship Questions
With Panthers PSLs, you sign a waiver up front that IF the Panthers host a home playoff game, you will be issued your season ticket seasts and the $ automatically deducted/charged to your connected account.
No idea how App does it, but it seems it would be known already if they went this route. You have to give them permission up front to auto charge your account, if applicable.

I could see something like that.bigCasu wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 9:28 amStudents better be free even if school has to “buy” the tickets for them.EastHallApp wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 9:20 amWhat I’m not sure about is whether students will get free admission.
Just remember, it’s not technically a “home” game. It’s the conference title game, played on the campus of one of the teams.

Re: SBC Championship Questions
If I remember correctly, season ticket holders will have until Tuesday to Reserve our seats. Parking pass will automatically be assigned (just like playoff games). If we are fortunate to host the Inaugural SB Championship game, then I sincerely hope we can pack the stadium...these kids and Coaches deserve it!!! 203 will be ROCKING!!!!
