If I heard correctly they expect starting QB back? But looks like he played against TXSt and just didn’t play against ULL.

Hope we don’t look past this game.

The issue for Georgia St is their defense is horrendous. They can score which can make them dangerous.

Can’t see any reason at all that we would look past this game. We control our destiny as far as winning the conference goes and the team is fully aware that a loss kills our chances regardless of what we do against Troy. We haven’t played at home for what seems like a year so we should be extremely fired up. I pity them poor fools.

The fans seem to be looking past this game. But I feel confident in our coaches and players that they are not. I'll be there to cheer them on. Beat Georgia State!

If we look past them don’t deserve to go to championship game. One slip up is all you get and we had ours.

Its hard to keep average fans from looking past a game with a 30 point spread.

They have never scored a touchdown in Boone. Should be some incentive for the D to continue that streak.

I hate it for Elliott, but I have to agree, they shouldn't score a td.

I predict a pretty conservative game plan with the RBs accumulating a TON of yardage.

We will throw as much as needed to keep them honest and work on any timing issues that coach might see from last week.

This is a playoff game just like the Troy game, unless you want to depend on Troy also losing. We need to be loud. Make it a playoff atmosphere.

Agree but I do think Satt allows Zac to find a rhythm throwing early then back off.

Agree. That's what I meant by working on timing issues. He's "scrimmage" the pass as much as he thinks is needed, but we won't depend on it. More specifically, we won't HAVE to pass....at least I hope not. If we do, we're having a BAD day!

Actually, it wouldn't matter if Troy loses Saturday, we'd still have to beat them next week because they'd hold the tie breaker between us. We have to win both games to win the SBC East at this point. Troy only has to beat us to do it.

We should win this game handily. Although, young team looking ahead could give Elliot enough wiggle room to make it interesting. It appears GSU can score some points, beat #2 FCS Kennesaw State, and somehow beat ULM (it appears ULM had a game similar to ours with GS with 4 turnovers).

If we are dialed in we are going to roll. Here's to being prepared, focused and no injuries.

If both us and Troy lose this weekend we can still win our division if we beat Troy, assuming GS drops another. We would both have 2 losses if we beat Troy, but have the head to head win, unless I’m missing something.
