What's Price been up to since he was dismissed from the team? Did he end up playing anywhere or was he in too much legal trouble?
Assaulting a female in Lexington, NC. Oh, then not coming to court so there is an arrest warrant out on him.
Wow, what a waste. Hopefully he'll get his life together.
Did Atwater ever get his life together? His leaving gave rise to Kevin Richardson, who got the majority of his yards in 3 seasons.
As far as I know, he did not but I'm not sure. Alan Atwater. If not for him being dismissed I am not sure if we consider KR more than the best backup RB we had in a that decade. Atwater was a talented player. Just didn't have the intangibles that KR had.

Be honest. Atwater's underlying problem was the use and sale of street drugs.

Yep. I knew Atwater when I was school. He had some skills as a RB but, man, did he think highly of himself. From the get go there were some "personality" issues present.

I did not know him but I heard about the issues. Indeed it was drugs but I sincerely hope he has gotten straight just because he is a human being but really sad he did not pan out for App. He could have been a good one.

He vaguely threatened to sue us after he was dismissed from the team and got on to an instate HBCU program.

I had forgotten about that but that does not shock me. He and Price were two big time talents who got in their own way.
