I did not find a thread but just curious to know how many people have already picked up their tickets.....and wondering if I'm the only one who thinks this could have been a better thought through process?

I had reserved my season ticket seats last week and then picked up the envelope after Saturday's game. I thought they could have handled the crowd and lines better after the game. Seemed like it took forever for them to even start distributing but once they finally started passing them out it went faster. They should have had better signage or someone directing things outside as some people were in the wrong lines.
The process of reserving the seats and parking pass was pretty painless though.

I asked the question on the App State Athletics Facebook account about why tickets purchased online did not have a print at home option. Never got a response. I am imagining a nightmarish scene Saturday morning.

It was likely a league mandated matter. Remember it is also the first year the league has this game. There will be pains for sure but remember it is not all on us.

They can email them if you call, even if purchasing online.

Lucky for me, I sent my son (freshman) over to the ticket office this week to pick mine up.

You are not the only one. Could have been done much better. First year is not a reason it is an excuse.
