Pick up your tickets in advance.
All of the notices about tickets “strongly” encourage fans who bought ahead to pick up their tickets in advance of the game. How does that work when you live hours away??
Even with rain and my fear of lower attendance Saturday, picking up tickets for those picking up at Holmes Center will not be fun.
Based on all the stuff that Sun Belt HQ is forcing on App, perhaps they should have been helping develop a mobile ticketing application instead of worrying about masking school identification. After all, they are getting the revenue.

Re: Pick up your tickets in advance.
Pickup hours have been extended for Friday until 8 I believe. Very helpful.

Only if someone from out of town is coming to Boone Friday night. I expect most out of towners are driving to Boone Saturday morning.
Re: Pick up your tickets in advance.
When I called to order mine they emailed me the .pdf files so I could print mine from home.

Of course most will , but those that don’t and that will be a good number ,won’t be adding to the ticket pick up line Saturday morning. Especially with the extended hours , so it’s a very good move.

I suggest logging back in to your account. The scan digital copy is there as well. You can probably now retrieve your tickets and print.

Re: Pick up your tickets in advance.
I will be arriving Saturday around 10, I expect a fairly smooth ticket pick up at Holmes wirh plenty of time to park, have a few beers at the rock garten and be in our seats in plenty of time before kickoff... like most things on this board, the complaining on this thread will end up being unwarranted.

Checked my account and saw the scan digital copy option but no print at home option. Am I missing something? Guess I’ll call the ticket office tomorrow to see if they can send the tickets to me in pdf format.

Re: Pick up your tickets in advance.
I waited in line following Saturday's game so as to avoid a delay this Saturday prior to the game. I'm surprised I haven't seen any comments about what a cluster it was picking up tickets and parking passes Saturday night. I waited in line for 45 minutes only to get back to my car and find that my parking pass wasn't included. Frustrating beyond belief.

Re: Pick up your tickets in advance.
Sorry my friend, but that one is on you. If you left will call window without checking your tickets and parking pass I can't help you. As far as the wait, there is really no way to avoid that with any kind of event like this....I mean I hope they have multiple table s set up at Holmes to facilitate distribution, but I think building a 30-45 minute wait into your plans in order to get tickets and PP is reasonable...just my opinionshhelms wrote: ↑Thu Nov 29, 2018 10:50 pmI waited in line following Saturday's game so as to avoid a delay this Saturday prior to the game. Re: Pick up your tickets in advance.
I'm sure this will sound like a stupid question to some of you and I apologize for that but this is my first game not having a printable ticket. Where do I go to get my ticket on game day? I do not have a PP.

Re: Pick up your tickets in advance.
Sounds like the SBC reps have pissed off our ticket office staff already. I just called the ticket office to tell them another person will be picking up my tickets and the lady was extremely rude and trying to rush me off the phone. Good luck and Godspeed fellow Mountaineers...

I'm planning on attending the Christmas Scholarship concert tonight @ 7:30pm, so I should be able to pick it up from the Convocation Center this afternoon. If not, then i'll def pick them up IMMEDIATELY once I arrive to the Boonedocks tomorrow.

Re: Pick up your tickets in advance.
Just called the ticket office and they emailed a purchase receipt to me with the tickets attached in pdf format. You have to scroll to the bottom of the email to see the pdf link. Printed off my tickets without any problem. Parking passes can’t be emailed. You’ll have to pick it up in person. Not an issue for me since I don’t use my pass in the Legends lot anyway.CheckYosef94 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 29, 2018 9:56 pmI'm in the same boat as you.
