Next Season
Well. It looks to be the most INTERESTING season since 1989, the last time there was a major overhaul of the coaching staff, I presume. That one worked out for sure. It’s amazing that so many of our fans have never been through this type of thing. I didn’t follow App football that closely then to remember what that transition felt like. We are all getting ready to find out. Exciting and scary. Hold on tight.

This is the time where the university and football program needs our strength and support more than ever. We can and will rise above this. No tucking our tails between our legs and feeling pissed off and sorry for ourselves.

App State football has a long and rich tradition and I can tell you that playoff football was very exciting. The Rock is a special place with games like the miracle on the mountain that have fueled the passion. Our future is bright and tradition never graduates. Let's get the New Orleans Bowl win and we can work everything out after that. It is Great to be a Mountaineer today and always!
