Not necessarily fast food, but my two cents goes to Rise Biscuits & Donuts...Deluxe Chicken Biscuit with a side of Hashpuppies...that's right hash browns made into hush puppies, it'll convert a third and short any day of the week and twice on Sundays!

Their store set up and donut options suck now! Why did they take away the Maple Bacon Bar?!?

The biscuits and hashpuppies are on point but I frequent that place far less often than I used to because it just lost so much of what made it great. It's a shame too because it was my favorite breakfast spot in Durham.

The Creme Brulee donut from Rise is top notch.

Not a fan of Creme Brulee but I'll take your word for it!

I’ll throw out probably the smartest hire which is Scot Sloan. Guy can recruit like no one’s business, app ties, and he’d be here for probably 6-7 years before he moved on (assuming he did well)

Just subscribed to App State 247 page. AppStateMania on there just confirmed it wasn’t Gattis and apparently others have dropped Scottie Montgomery as an option. AppStateMania is pretty legit, right? If so, it ain’t Gattis.

Based on reading the posts the last few days, I’d say it’s no more legit than this free board.

My money is on Ruffin McNeil. DG is known for keeping his cards close to his chest and nobody is talking about McNeil. He’s a top candidate with App ties.
