Now I'm dreaming of Etouffee, my favorite dish down there. Don't forget some Beignets at Cafe Du Monde in the mornings.

That is on the list/schedule that our son created for a Saturday morning visit. I hear the Beignets are awesome and have been wanting to try them.

They are, when hot all the powdered sugar just kind of melts onto them. They are the KK of NOLA.
