If its Roof, it doesn't excite based on his resume alone, but truthfully, to have his experience, along with that of Drink and Ken Dorsey really set App up well for taking that next step. We've never had this level of coaching experience at App. One could also have considered Jerry Moore a journeyman when he arrived at App.

I have 2 friends who aren’t connected at State and 3 friends who aren’t connected at App. All have told me they’ve heard it’s roof. I don’t know their sources, but when 5 people who don’t know each other are all telling me one thing, logic says that it’s Roof.

Maybe they’re all smoking from the same bowl.

Considering everyone was convinced the HC hire was Gattis or Horton, I feel good that all the Roof talk eliminates him as an option.

This is basically my (hopeful) thinking. There are probably a couple of folks who have an idea who it will be (and won’t be), but they ain’t talking. No reason to stress over it right now, there’s absolutely nothing anyone posting on this board can do about it anyway.

Now that is discipline! To know and to not even give a hint takes a man with strong character. I would like to think I could be as such, but dang it would be tough in this forum (literally and figuratively)!
