Geez how long until spring ball?

Washington what?
Well that would just suck. But Drink seems to have a lot of rabbits in his visor. If we lose Adams he will probably pick up Jerry Price, Chris Carter, Michael Irvin or some other dude that there is no way we should be able to afford but chooses to come here to be part of a history making program! Wonder what Steve Largent is doing now he is out of politics? That guy was an ok receiver!
Solution, Yosefs Cabin Lotto Pool. Contributions fund tickets and all winnings, should there be any, go to the Yosefs Club. All contributors to the pool have the percentage of their contribution of the total pool value as their donation level for the funds released to the Yosef Club.Yosef84 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 13, 2019 3:13 pmExactly. That was kind of the point I was making. Until we're fully funded, we really won't have the ability to manage line items the way that people wish we could. Of course, I think the idea of a benevolent millionaire funding our coaching salaries might be a bit of a pipe dream anyway. LOLDaphneUrquhart wrote: ↑Sun Jan 13, 2019 2:54 pmWhy is it that we, as CPA's, are always asked to be treasurer, finance director for every organization for which we volunteer?Yosef84 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 13, 2019 1:34 pmYep. I've been a CPA for almost 35 years so yes I've served in a few financial roles.appstatealum wrote: ↑Sun Jan 13, 2019 1:28 pmBingo. I just posted a similar statement. I'm guessing you are like me and work with some financial situations similar to this. I've learned a lot working as a finance director for a church and a youth development organization. Trial by fire.Yosef84 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 13, 2019 1:20 pmThe problem with funding line items with special contributions in a situation where the program is still being supplemented is that the special contributions would generally result in other funds being re-directed and the net would be negligible on the targeted line item. That would be the case until the special contribution funded the entire line item.
The very best way to free up funds for salaries would be for Yosef to raise enough money to fund scholarships fully. That would free up about $3.5 million for other things.
In the early 70s I had a 64 Tbird. Loved loved loved that car. I sold it so I could get up the mountain. for tuition. I hate I let that one go also.Appster99 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 12, 2019 11:29 pmMy first vehicle was a '64 Ford pickup given to me by my grandpa for my 16th birthday in 1990. Was still in mint condition. He bought it new in '64 and paid for it with a bag of silver dollars...like $1600 or some ridiculous low number compared to today. Single biggest regret of my life is selling that truck in '94 to buy a 4x4 Ranger so I could get around in the snow at App. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Young and dumb!!
Maybe I misunderstood and you weren't including the HC salary....booneboy92 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 13, 2019 6:26 pmYeah, thanks!.... I was 99.9% sure I had read that on here or indirectly... Just can’t grasp how we’ve assembled this level of experience/talent at an average of 135k per man!....
I don’t think talking to Coach Adams is necessary to confirm him leaving.
Try Alexa. She is generally more in the know.appstatealum wrote: ↑Mon Jan 14, 2019 9:27 amI keep asking Siri and Google if Junior Adams is going to U Dub and they both respond by saying they do not know what I’m talking about.
