Another good App State Football article from Ethan Joyce, Winston-Salem Journal. I wish he could write these all year long as I am dreading the next 8 months without App State Football.

Good stuff from Ethan as usual. We are certainly in unfamiliar territory with all the change but I do trust DG and I think we have the right guy in Coach Drink. It’s time for us fans to let the process work. There will be plenty of time later to discuss the results of these decisions.

Met Ethan and got to hang out with him for a bit in NOLA. Likeable dude, really enjoyed chatting with him.

It's way too early to be overly excited or disappointed about the coaching staff. It will likely be a couple years before we can make a fair assessment of how the transition was handled.

It's not hard to be a fan of App and not have any traditional ties to the university.
