I’m not an old man. I mean, I am compared to a current App student, but I wasn’t raised on Pat Boone at sockhops. I like plenty of music with filthy lyrics, and if you combed my Spotify history, you’d find a fair amount of hip-hop.

All that said, I honestly thought this song was one big troll job. Shock Wes, the fans, the critics who praised it... I thought everyone was in on the joke.

Song is garbage. I don’t mean because it’s filthy. I mean because it’s terrible. The beat is an earworm that I find myself humming, but the rest is so weak I *honestly* thought everyone was in on the joke.

I agree, especially after seeing the music video and the guy being on crutches and stuff. I felt like it was just a big joke, but I kind of feel like most of the music out nowadays is just "feel good" comedy music. I really don't take any of these artists seriously.
