Cheerwine
RCCola
Upper 10
Yoo-hoo
Orange Crush
AMB long leaf pine
OMB copper
Bud heavy for really hot games
OMB mecktoberfest when available
Burial Surf wax

Best part, no ice needed.
Was just at OMB last night..... Add that Vienna lager to the list. They make some quality beer
You guys in Ballantyne have some really wacked out taste buds. OMB is a nice venue and I can tolerate some of their beers, but none of their beers even sniff the top 10 of Charlotte brewed beers. Sycamore, Legion, Noda, and Lenny Boy, all better.
Obviously there’s a lot of personal preference involved in something as important as favorite beers.

That being said,respectfully, you’re wrong.

I spent many a year drinking IPAs almost exclusively, and I still appreciate them, but Charlotte doesn’t have a standout IPA, only a few decent ones. Legion, Noda and LB are good, but Sycamore is straight trash in my opinion.

What I like about OMB is they stick to their style, make ridiculously consistent beer (sycamores biggest problem) and make beer that tastes like beer. My company is based is Düsseldorf, so I’ve gotten to try plenty of altbiers to compare and I’ll put copper up against any of them.

I’ll have to try the blue blaze one you mentioned.

Somewhat on topic of Charlotte breweries, Ben Dolphens of Devine Barrell Brewery is an App grad. Also, Southern Strain Brewery opening later this year in Concord is being opened by App grad and Cheers Charlotte co-host Ford Craven and some of his business partners.

I know the topic has shifted over to beers, but I have to just say... Fanta Orange and Orange Crush was brought up and nobody countered with Sunkist? Sunkist has to be the king of orange soda.

Very good point. And you certainly can't forget this one.

I don't like orange soda. Reminds me too much of Tennessee, Clemson, and Syracuse.
