It's fair use ONLY if you use only a part, not all of the intellectual property; ONLY if you use it one time only; and ONLY if it's strictly for your personal use.

Once you put it on the Internet for all the world and beyond to see and hear w/o written permission of the author/artist/production company--it's a clear violation of US Copyright law and subject to all penalties specified in the law.

Any updates on the suspended @AppState_FB account? Will it ever come back? Are they going to open up a new one?

Looks like all App State FB content has been redirected to @AppFBRecruiting.

I have no idea if Twitter will ever restore our account.
