No way USA or GSU finish that low.

University of Concord- at Harrisburg coming in hot at 118. I think they are overrated, but I hope cracking the Top 120 won't go to their heads.

I could see them getting 6 wins this coming year. UMass, Gardner Webb, UTEP, Florida Atlantic, ODU and Western Kentucky. All are going to be north of the top 100.

I can't see how Louisiana is 104.

I agree with you. No way Louisiana is 104. Seems like someone wasn't paying attention at all last season.

They return their RB duo and almost all of their OL, DL and LB corps. Biggest question mark is QB and defensive secondary but Napier signed one of the "best classes in the history of the Sun Belt" if you believe the ratings. I think Napier is an outstanding coach and I don't think they're going to back slide significantly if any. I think Louisiana is the team to beat in the West. Just my opinion, of course.

EZU only 7 places above Charlotte? Who woulda thunk or what happened to the Pyrites?

You think Satt is losing sleep over being a spot below Georgia Southern?

Might be an improvement for them over last year.

Got interested to see how the Orlando Sentinel has ranked our 10 current Sun Belt members over the past 4 years. This is obviously just a measure of perception not final rankings.

Format: School 2016 > 2017 > 2018 > 2019

App State 52 > 62 > 54 > NYR
Arkansas State 65 > 75 > 64> 67
Coastal Carolina N/A > 115 > 123 > 119
Georgia Southern 56 > 88 > 115 > 82
Georgia State 78 > 124 > 104 > 121
Louisiana 97 > 108 > 118 > 104
Louisiana Monroe 123 > 99 > 96 > 107
South Alabama 109 > 105 > 99 > 129
Texas State 111 > 129 > 128 > 115
Troy 89 > 68 > 39 > NYR

Troy has had a HUGE jump year over year.
App State and Arkansas State have stayed consistent.
Georgia Southern had a bad year but bounced back.
Georgia State...wow Matt loved you in 2016.
Texas State and South Alabama.....*takes drink*
Coastal has yet to dig out of the sand.

They are clearly not paying close attention to the Sun Belt

Are they not or do people just say that because they don't agree? We bring Matt Murschel on our show regularly and he's not the kind of guy to make s--- up just because. He's the national college football writer for a major newspaper not some random intern?
