Coaching Addage

The most important game of the season is the next one on the schedule. If memory serves me correctly, that's East Tennessee State University. Go Apps!

Hopefully all will stay healthy and away from trouble this summer. I've got a good feeling about this year.

There is some uncertainty with a new head coach, graduation, and some new assistants, etc but I share your gut feeling, 09.

YC’s hottest club is this thread. This place has everything: cliches, beating a dead horse, a misspelling, starting a new thread for no reason...

How can I get your permission every time I think about starting a new thread?.
Pardon the sarcasm. BTW, did the person who started the thread about mayo on FF get your permission and was it started for a reason?

BTW2, please point out the misspelling.

Thanks, Glenn. My rudimentary spell check didn't catch it.

The person who started the thread about mayo on fries should have asked MY permission because that makes me nauseous! But I digress. My attention span is short this morning...vacation....hey, what's that?....Squirrel!

But of course it wouldn't be complete without an a-hole to chime in with negativity. If you don't like or don't care about the topic, don't click it. Life is too short to spend trying to belittle others.

You aren't the one who threw out the barb. It was directed at the one to whose post I replied. The posts were cordial and agreeable until "starting a thread for no reason." It struck me as rude and I don't care for rudeness. As I said, if you, in general terms, don't care for a thread, don't click it. I agree with your sarcastic but truthful "permission" post. I thought it a solid retort.
