Prepaid away Tickets

Unread post by 3timeapps » Wed Jun 19, 2019 7:29 pm

When is the Ticket office going to charge the rest of the UNC and USC balance for those who pre ordered them?

I spoke with our ticket office today. I don't think UNC has announced their single game ticket prices yet. However, their single game tickets go on sale next Wednesday.

Whose single game tickets go on sale next Wednesday? I’d like to go ahead and get my UNC and USC tickets but you have to be either a donor or season ticket holder to do so at this time, anyone know when that restriction is lifted?

I had understood the initial allotment for UNC was sold out and more have been requested for the App section.

Our game on the hill is the only home game that unc-ch has EXCLUDED from a mini-package offering.

I view it as we are the only game with high enough interest it stands alone. Doesn’t require a mini-package to fill the aluminum jungle.

I called the ticket office a few weeks ago to preorder UNC away tickets and was put on the waiting list for tickets. I am a donor and season ticket holder. I was told I would be contacted if more tickets became available.

Are you sure? The Miami and Clemson games are in mini-packs?

💯

They have a 3 game package and a 4 game package. I heard it on the radio and double checked on their website.

3-game:
Clemson
SC
Mercer

4-game
Duke
Virginia
Miami
Mercer

Obviously there's plenty of interest in the Clemson game - they're using it in those mini-packs to draw people to games of lesser interest (Mercer) or higher cost (South Carolina).

But I think your point is correct - they don't need to try and offer a discount on our game.

SoCon schools used to do this kind of stuff to us. Now ACC schools do. Go us!

I honestly think our presence at both games will be better than casual observers would have ever thought. The expectations are high for 2019 and we will not just be a small corner with empty seats in the away section.

When can us common folk actually order the UNC tickets through the App ticket office? At this point I’m probably just going to try and get a single game ticket through UNC when they go on sale tomorrow. Would rather my money go to App.

Heads up if you're on the waiting list, not getting any more:

Dear Valued App State Fan,

You are receiving this email because your name was on the waiting list for tickets for the App State football game at UNC on September 21, 2019. Unfortunately we have reached our max allotment from UNC and will not be able to accommodate your request for tickets. We do encourage you to reach out to UNC's ticket office tomorrow, June 26th starting at 10 am for the beginning of their public single game sale. You can purchase tickets by calling UNC's box office, 919-962-2296 or online here.

Thank you for your support of App State Athletics.
