Evans on Phil Steele cover!!!

So I went out to my local Barnes & Noble here in Richmond VA to pickup the '19 Phil Steele mag this evening. The cover featured predictable players from Clemson, Bama, Michigan, and Georgia. I bought it without looking and brought it home.
When I got home a few minutes ago and took it out of the bag, I glanced at the back cover which shows the various regional covers. And what did I spot out of the corner of my eye? Despite Richmond, Virginia's clear location on the east coast, my store had the "National Cover." The "East Coast" cover had, alongside guys from VT, Penn State, and BC, none other than our own Darrynton Evans!!!
Why or why did I not think to search out the "East Coast" cover?
