In need of some guidance. Looking for a site where I can purchase white App State shirts for my two sons as well as myself. Very hard to find any white ones.

Just wear a plain white polo and an App hat. Spend the saved money on PBR's.

Get to Boone early and check out the local Walmart. Don't know what they will have this year but last year they had some decent looking white polo's (performance fabric - Russell) for about $20. No more than I will wear a white App shirt, that's about all I wanted to put into one. Yes, I'm a cheapskate.

FYI....you're not really going to get anybody riled up here by poking fun at the whiteout. Most on here hate the idea, so it's not exactly a point of pride on this board.

I expect the areas of green to be a nice shiny silver color by half-time. A bit of advice...421 is probably quicker off the mountain than 321. I will treat you to a pre-game shot of tequila as a welcome gift.

App State bookstore website has a section in the Apparel tab dedicated to the White Out game

Any of the 4 or 5 App fan stores on Kings street will have what you need.

Went to a white out game a few years ago and we grabbed some cheapo $5 shirts at one of the stores on King St

We need to be as welcoming as possible to coax the UNCC faithful out of their parents' basements and into Boone.

I for one am all for it.

High Country Souvenirs on King Street always has a $5 shirt of the week. They did an all black one for Black Saturday. I'm sure they'll have some for the white out game too.

I'd hate to disappoint the UNCC fan who reads Yosef's Cabin more than I do, but my memory of prior "white out" games leads me to believe that a large contingent of our most stubborn fans will be wearing black and gold for this game.

Personally, I won a white golf shirt with black Block A on the breast at a corporate Yosef Club fund raiser last year.

For our last white out game (when we trounced yet another C-USA team) I found a white polo at the Dicks at North Lake Mall in Charlotte. I had to call around for a minute bc white App State swag is indeed hard to find since it's totally off-brand.

I probably will be wearing black: to some extent due to my personal preference and game day traditions, but much more so because white is almost a UNCC color (not officially, but evidently very popular). I didn't understand at all why we wore gold when one of their freaking colors is gold too, albeit a different shade. Why can't we just be a dark cloud that goes everywhere in black?
