Well Coach welcome to the noise that goes with being a first time head coach. We know you want to call all the offensive plays and coach QBs and you made hires hoping you could spend time on your passion but sometimes you gotta step back and look at the whole picture. You have to sooth egos, be a shrink, manage conflict, manage parents, be nice to boosters....the list goes on and on. I don’t envy the pressure but you signed up for it and we expect you to know all facets of operation and culture and your players.
it’s going to be a tough first year adjustment for you but AppNation believes you can do it.

Coaches have to be thick skinned...similar to politicians. If they're smart they stay away from the message boards...
