Much deserved recognition for this year's unit. I've been pleasantly surprised by Hodges at RT. He's transitioned well from G to T.

With Vic being the only senior starter on the line this season and CG getting some reps over the past 2 seasons, we should continue to see the OL have success next season. 2021 is going to be interesting since App will lose 4 starters on the OL after next season.

Yep, I was thinking the same thing. If we find a solid replacement for Vic our offense is going to be loaded in 2020. 4 of 5 starting linemen back, Zach and all the receivers back. If we can get Peoples and Harrington healthy all the running backs are back. Pearson at TE and Vic at RT are the only folks we lose.

This last game our runners were going almost 10 yards before a defender laid a finger on them. It was a perfect game by the Oline.

Almost perfect. Coach D pointed out ULM's D line was getting pressure with 3 guys versus our 6. Run game = perfect. Pass protection = B.

Pearson will be back...Reed is our Sr. Offense will be loaded!!! Defense takes a huge hit.

Don’t know how I got Pearson in my mind as a senior, he’s only a sophomore. And yes you are correct the D side takes a hit. I’m seeing really good stuff from the replacement backers but Davis-Gather will be hard to replace.

Defense loses a lot but we get two key players back from injury and the replacements at linebacker and safety are going to be very good. I feel confident the defense will be good again.
