Darrynton Evans closing in on another 1000 yard

Evans entered the game today with 883 rushing yards on the season. He needs only 117 tonight to pass 1000 rushing yards on the season for a second consecutive year. He put up 58 in the first half so he now needs 59 in the second half to hit the milestone. If he can get the yards it will be something like the 8th consecutive year that App has had a running back gain at least 1000 yards on the season. We are in elite company with that stat as well. I say feed Evans the rock.

After that nifty little td run he now needs 24 yards to surpass 1000.
