Since transitioning to FBS, WkU has gone through six coaches in the last ten years. Like it or not, APP ST is a stepping stone and we re gonna go through the coaching carousel unless...we hire within or find a coach ready to put down roots. We got spoiled with Coach Moore and although Satterfield moved on, we did get a little bit of security because of his ties here. Look, I told multiple people before the season started that Helen Kellar could win with this team. Drink leaves...ok, adios. But remember this...we are spoiled. We’ve had a tremendous run but look what happened to WKU...cellar dwellers for a few years. Hire loyalty first (Within the Appalachian family) or find a coach who’s been there done that and is gonna give you a few years. Just my humble PBR opinion. That is all.
