Link did an excellent job this past year but our opportunity to have a coach dedicated full time to special teams was created by Drink filling the OC role in addition to HC. We still have a budget to work with (even with the pay-out wind fall) and are limited to 10, so the question is where is that money best spent. My opinion is that SC needs to hire / elevate an OC and not do double duty.
