Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. Link did an excellent job this past year but our opportunity to have a coach dedicated full time to special teams was created by Drink filling the OC role in addition to HC. We still have a budget to work with (even with the pay-out wind fall) and are limited to 10, so the question is where is that money best spent. My opinion is that SC needs to hire / elevate an OC and not do double duty.
