I would really love to give an answer but I am only concerned with going 1-0. I have to be solely focused on La this weekend and I can't devote any of my spare time to discussing questions such as this. I have already told my boss that there is a distinct possibility that I won't be able to work Friday due my championship game mental prep. Frankly I am stunned that any the rest of you guys think that it is acceptable to discuss coaching rumors, places to eat, bowl opponents, Belk Bowl, etc. Boys we need to focus our energies on Saturday's game and Saturday's game alone!!! Focus!!!!!

NOLA vs Marshall (FAU or UAB will choose a different bowl game)

If we are assuming NOLA, I'd say first choice is UAB if they win the league title, second is LT. (FAU would be fine too but they won't go to NOLA if they get to pick.)

Marshall or FAU would be nice, only because those are the realistic choices. Otherwise you get the MAC Champion in Mobile. Unless some back room dealing has gone on to send App to Belk.

I think Louisiana tech. Then we can say we owned NC, SC and Loisiana. Everyone knows Clemson dodged us.

I also think Louisiana tech would have a big crowd and make for a great atmosphere.

Only looking at bowls where we have a realistic chance of playing so no Belk Bowl fanfic:

Lose to Louisiana and go to Cure Bowl: Any of the top tier AAC teams would be fine. I'd include UCF in the mix.

New Orleans Bowl: Florida Atlantic. They were the best in C-USA and I like playing the best teams available. Plus a chance to beat Kiffin.

Cotton Bowl: Alabama. I think if they're motivated, it might get ugly. But it would still be an amazing experience especially as I've made #AppWantsBama jokes for a couple of years now.
