If Gas were the DC, he would still coach a position. Roof coached inside LBs. Smith cannot coach both inside and outside LBs. I mean he could, just not well. Link is gone for sure. I don’t think that we will have a ST only coach under Clark. I would not be in favor of brining in Lamb at this time for the simple reason that he would be coaching guys that he called teammates.

It's a very elite group that is part of the lodge and you have to go through a semester long hazing ritual/gauntlet to be approved. Only the strongest are allowed in.

True.But he wouldn't take a $300,000 hit from his previous gig unless he was starving.And yes , that ship has sunk. Matt Greenleigh is a possibility .
