Seems positive he managed the budget and nutrition program as well at previous stops. Pretty solid pedigree right there...Valdosta is historically a good program. I like to see career progression and he's young but seems to have climbed the ladder with promotions and bigger jobs. That's a good sign. Definitely a lot of spots to fill on the defensive side of the ball.
