I don't think it is all that uncommon for position coaches to bounce around a lot at that point in their career. If each one was an advancement it is hard to argue with the person moving and the person hiring. I do appreciate some longevity but this is the nature of the beast for the Great5 teams.

I have been thinking about this all day, on and off. We have effectively avoided the cost of a head coach for two seasons as a result of the buyout. That's not peanuts and it's no laughing matter. Maybe not genius, but extremely shrewd.
