A person from App called me this morning hawking season tickets. I told him I would buy the most expensive ones he could offer if he would guarantee me that all games would be played on Saturday afternoons or even Saturday nights. Of course he couldn't do that, so I wished him a good day, to stay safe, and GoApps!

That'll teach that ticket office staffer! Next time he'll know better than to schedule one of our six home games on a weeknight.

Really?..We get $$$$ and visibility to play on days other than Saturday. We are the only team on TV those Tuesday and Wednesday nights so the whole country can see just how awesome we are.

What? I wasn't blaming him. It's just that season tickets are of absolutely no value to me if the games are on days or nights which aren't Saturdays. If I wanted to just buy the tickets and give them away or just donate the money, it would be different. I've wasted hundreds of dollars by buying tickets for games which have been moved to week days. Paid for tickets then just watched the game on streaming, live TV or at worst having to relegate myself to listening to Adam Witten on the radio. Witten does a super job, but it's not the same as seeing the action. As an aside, I haven't missed a game one way or the other since we moved to FBS. Quit reading blame into posts that aren't.

Specifically, what games (or even game) has been “moved” from Saturday to a weeknight in the last 10 (or even 20) seasons? Wasn’t it just last season you posted, wanting to know, what is the best side of the stadium to sit? And, to think, I’ve sometimes thought they’ve been a little rough on you....

My bad, Troy was moved to Friday this past season. But man... glutton for punishment!

Geez. I was just joking about which side of the stadium to sit on because it had been beaten to death. But you knew that.
Did you read my first and other posts on this subject of season tickets entirely instead of joining in with your cronies in twisting what I said?
In case you haven't noticed, we have, if I'm not mistaken, had at least one game moved each year since we came up to FBS, My son and I missed the UT game solely because it was moved to week night. As mentioned, I've lost at least the cost of two tickets each and every year since we moved up.

H3LL, if I had money to burn, I would buy each and every member of this forum season tickets for five straight years.

Got me on the UT game. didn’t realize it was actually moved. And, if it was, again my bad. But neither UT or ‘19 Troy were included in season tix packages. Away games...
