I was wanting some old games to watch and was wondering if anyone knew how to get them. I think I remember someone on the old board selling them but wasn't sure.

I would too. I have quite a few games on dvd, but I would like to get the Richmond game from 07, and maybe a few others. Is there anyone out there that might be able to help?

I have the greatest source of all, but it's not a place to purchase for the general public. I would suggest calling the network that broadcasted the game you want and request a copy.
No one can touch my App game DVD collection!

I wonder if ASU would sell their video? I don't know if they can. I liked the Season DVDs they put out with each championship. Was a rumor floating around about an Armanti highlight package? I guess that shipped sailed.

Gonzo, you chest beater extraordinaire, you should know that my collection easily rivals yours
bh2oson, there is an Armanti highlight video (30 minutes of his best runs, passes, and scrambles) but for some reason it was only given to NFL scouts. Fun side note: a Philadelphia Eagles scout wrote a blog post about how Armanti's highlights were perhaps the most entertaining of the entire draft class of 2010 (it begins with Armanti breaking off huge runs out of the shotgun as Beethoven plays in the background).
It's a shame that the video hasn't been put on youtube yet. I feel like his recent history with the Panthers has made people forget what a once-in-a-lifetime QB he was at App.

You would think that the University would maintain a properly atmospheric controlled room with these games on DVD. With additional copies made and stored at a secondary location some distance away in case the worst happened to them. Would think it would be a gold mine over the years with older players wanting to watch their college football games after they retire, and maybe would encourage future alumni donations.
