Not to be that guy but we are in a pandemic. The seniors will be lucky to play a season at all. You might be missing the big picture. And don’t even post this, unless you are just needing attention.

I'm honestly hoping they don't get a season. That's the safest bet. I'm not missing anything.

The entire thread is nothing but guesses and vague information. But, me saying if what I'm hearing is true will cause people to be upset makes me the one needing attention?

Many thanks to Doug if we have 12 games this season. Not easy scheduling OOC teams especially this late in the year! I don't care who we play and I bet our Seniors don't either. Let's just play!!! Not having a season would be catastrophic for our budget. Stop whining and just enjoy the fact that in the face of a dire situation we still may have APP STATE football.

Nothing cryptic outside of the first post I made. Even then, it wasn't cryptic. It was simply adding potential information to an already existing "cryptic" thread. Otherwise, I've just been answering questions sent my way.

DG and every other AD (and conference office) are in a tough spot right now. Scrambling to fill out a schedule with games they have to know likely won't wind up happening, while preparing ticketing plans for multiple contingencies (50%, 25%, etc.).

I would encourage folks not to get too mad at anyone around college sports (or their local school district, or restaurant owners, etc.). They've all been dealt an impossible hand and are trying to keep their heads above water.
